Pennygrove keeps your check-in history on your own device. The only data on our server belongs to the optional Friends feature, and it is tied to an anonymous account — no email, name, or phone number is ever collected.
Open Pennygrove → Settings → Delete my data → confirm.
This erases your grove, check-in history and saved amounts from the device, and deletes your Friends account from our server, including your ranking figures and friend connections. If your phone is offline at that moment, the app finishes deleting the server account the next time it is online.
Email dl.studio2025@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Pennygrove data”.
Because the account is anonymous, we cannot look you up by name or email. Include your recovery code (Friends screen → Recovery code) if you still have it. Without it we cannot identify which anonymous record is yours — in that case the record contains no personal data and is removed under the retention rule below.
We reply within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Pennygrove의 체크인 기록은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 서버에 있는 데이터는 선택 기능인 친구에 한정되며, 이메일·이름·전화번호 없이 익명 계정으로만 존재합니다.
Pennygrove 실행 → 설정 → 내 데이터 삭제 → 확인.
기기의 정원·체크인 기록·절약액이 지워지고, 서버의 친구 계정(랭킹 수치·친구 관계 포함)도 함께 삭제됩니다. 삭제 시점에 오프라인이면 다음에 온라인이 될 때 서버 계정 삭제를 마저 진행합니다.

계정이 익명이라 이름·이메일로는 찾을 수 없습니다. 복구 코드(친구 화면 → 복구 코드)를 알고 계시면 함께 적어주세요. 없으면 어떤 익명 기록이 본인 것인지 특정할 수 없으며, 그 기록에는 개인정보가 포함되지 않고 아래 보관 규칙에 따라 삭제됩니다.
7일 이내 회신하고 30일 이내 삭제를 완료합니다.
